Exceptional
I wouldn’t recommend although the room itself was modern and comfortable
Liked: Breakfast was a microwaved croissant and a coffee. Very minimal.
Disliked: Not a good place for solo travellers as no one available to greet you. Quite difficult to find and to get into and then to find the room. It doesn’t feel welcoming. The lift wasn’t working and I had to carry a heavy suitcase up and then down 3 flights of stairs plus the stairs in the entrance hall.
We had a great time and would happily go back when next in Napoli

Comfortable, good location, walking distance from most attractions
Liked: Simple breakfast, but nice to have delivered to the room at the time we requested. Room was very comfortable. Quiet despite being on a busy street (windows closed, so summer may be different). Appreciate that ear plugs were offered but wasn't necessary despite my being a light sleeper.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike. Updated, clean, comfortable. I would return and would recommend as well.
Great value with gracious hosts
Liked: Lorenzo made the check in process easy and was kind enough to organize a taxi for our trip to the airport.
