  Liked: The apartment was clean, spacious with a small balcony and fridge was useful. There is a luggage storage area too. The host was really good with instructions and communicated well with us. As it was our anniversary he included a complementary bottle of prosecco for us. Its a 5 minute walk to the lively spanish quarter and all the local amenities and transport locations.

  Disliked: Located on the 3rd floor you have to pay to use the lift.

  Great stay for groups of 3

  Liked: Easy checkin and big and spacious room in the center of the Spanish quarter with all the restaurants and groceries nearby. There are lockers available for the day of checkin / out.

  Great host and big room

  Liked: - Big and clean room, with a great belcony. - Host is very responsive. All communications and check in process is through Whatsapp, which might not be very common in other countries. But all communications went smooth and the host fulfilled our needs as well. - Air conditioner - Close to metro

  Disliked: - Bad smell coming from the sewage in the bathroom sometimes. But it goes away in a day. - Need to walk up a slope to get there which can be a bit tiring.

  Okay for short-term stay

  Liked: The location is excellent, just a short walk from Toledo. The property was exceptionally clean, and the self check-in process was very easy thanks to the clear instructions provided. The room was cleaned every day, and towels were replaced every other day, which was greatly appreciated.

  Disliked: The apartment can be quite noisy at night. You can hear sounds from the street, as well as noise coming from the hallway and neighboring apartments. It is also located close to several bars, so on weekends karaoke and other late-night activities can be heard.
