  5 stars for assistance

  Liked: We liked the room, it was light, cosy and there was a very comfortable king-size bed. But the most important thing is the owner's desire to help and organise maximum assistance in everything. Thank you Mattia and Raffaele! Good luck in everything 🙏

  Disliked: The room didn't have a normal window, there was a window but it overlooked the closet 😄 But it didn't spoil our stay there, as we just stayed there to sleep 😴

  Liked: The apartment was absolutely perfect — very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, the air conditioning kept the rooms cool, and the location was ideal: just a 10-minute walk to the city center. The host was exceptionally kind and attentive — always ready to help, give great recommendations on places to visit, and even booked us a table at a wonderful restaurant. Communication was easy and pleasant throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend these apartments to anyone visiting.

  Great stay. Newly renovated space. Well-located regular neighborhood

  Liked: Very nice stay in the Green Room for 2 nights (quad room for 3 ppl), good price for a busy weekend. Vincenzo was a very attentive host. As others have said, it's a renovated apt divided into 3 separate spaces. Bright overhead lights, white walls, new bathroom fixtures. It's in a regular working people's neighborhood, away from touristy scene. But not far from Metro, museums, etc. Our room had small balcony onto the street. Ample supply of toiletries, coffee/tea. Small fridge in room. Good shower. Comfy mattresses (although the bottom sheet got loose). The partner cafe (for coffee/pastry), is with friendly folks at Made in Sud, on Via Floria.

  Disliked: Signage at the street level would be helpful. Size of the room was a bit small for 3 people. Would feel like a hostel with 4 people. The current partner cafe at 350 metters away might be too far for some guests.

  Liked: The apartment was very clean, it looks to be recently renovated and it is quite spacious. The location is very convenient: we were able to reach almost all points of interest on foot. For breakfast we had a very tasty croissants in the café nearby. The owner was very nice and did everything to make our stay comfortable.
