  Really nice apartment, easy to use remote opening to gain access to the main door and the room door. Friendly and helpfu

  Liked: Great location - on the 5th floor so could see Mt Vesuvius from the balcony. Really lovely lady checked us in and showed us around. Very clean room, cleaned daily and re stocked with breakfast items. Perfect for our family of 3 for a weekend in Naples

  Disliked: We turned up at Luna but our room was at Mare - only around 5minutes walk, but could have been made clearer in the message that it was a different property

  Nice staff, great location but room for improvement

  Liked: The staff at the reception was attentive and accommodating, they allowed us a late check out (just 1 hour extra). The room was big, the bed was comfortable and the location was probably the best part about it.

  Disliked: Breakfast could definitely be improved on as it is just pre-packed pastries and snacks you can buy in the supermarket. We had a room with the jacuzzi but it took about 2 hours to fill as the water pressure kept changing.
