  Liked: The sight was great to bay.

  Disliked: Very hard to find entrance, and when leaving through stairs, because lift was broken, it was like an EXIT room.No arrow for exit anywhere. BED was a joke (must be replaced, very uncomfortable).We did not get patio as in pictures.Could not use coffee machine.

  I would never book this property again

  Liked: The picture gives you a false sense of what it is. The name is deceiving because it’s not a hotel.

  Disliked: Forget this property if you have a car. There’s no place to park and bring your luggage from. It is a crazy clockwork ordeal of entrances and ancient elevators that don’t seem safe. If you can find the magic stairways to the beach, it’s a terrible little beach, and it’s kind of a far walk to all but one restaurant.

  Liked: Location and view over Napoli Harbour and Vezuvius

  Disliked: High price expected better quality. Not the newest bathroom or furniture overall. Breakfast was tge same for 4 days. Elevator is operated up and down with 10 pence coin... So you need to have plenty

  The AD looks better online

  Liked: The staff was very accommodating. The staff was very responsive. They booked us taxis anytime you needed. The location is right on the beach with a good view. Afforable but I would give it a 2.5 out of 5

  Disliked: We couldn't make our own coffee. The elevator broke and we struggled to find another way into the hotel. Had to climb 6 flights of stairs. We should of been informed of another way to access the building took us 2 hours and had to call the manager. Especially in an emergency. The location doesnt have alot of accessible restaurants.
