  Excellent experience, great staff!

  Liked: No words to describe how amazingly helpful and friendly the staff is! My train was delayed, and they kept communicating with me and offering me reassurance. They welcomed me slightly past check-in time, with a big smile, nevertheless. The location is great, the room is comfy... definitely 10/10!

  Disliked: I cannot really think of anything - the street is busy but that's what I was looking for: a lively area, well-located, with easy access to public transportation and to the historical center on foot!

  be very careful,nothing like we expected

  Disliked: dangerous area at night,toilet wouldn`t stop running when flushed,nothing like the pics and adverts,no facilities as they were advertising,noise from room next door apartment from 8.00am until 20.00pm by workmen,awful smell, housed in a massive old building on the main road on corso umberto,5 apartments in one part of the building,all getting renovated,and modern rooms,there is an old lift,downstairs,we were showed our room,as i was travelling with a friend,i specifically requested 2 seperate single beds,there was a large king size bed in the room,a workman brought in another put up bed,and made it up,walking around the first thing we noticed was a awful smell of damp,musky,probably with being an old building,as we noticed the same smell in a number of shops we went in,the toilet wouldn`t stop flushing,there was a big step in the room about 25cm deep,my friend tripped up a couple of times,there was no plug in the sink,2 big pipes were sticking out above the shower,we asked where the family/public room was,they didnt know what we were talking about,even though it was advertised as having one,next thing was the noise from the apartment next to us,oh my god,it started at 08.00am,and continued until after 20.

  Perfect spot on the main city road with wonderful hosts and amazing breakfast

  Liked: I like the hosts who were very kind and understanding. Also they gave me a map with things to do and places to eat at. If you had any questions they were always quick to answer and very accommodating. I asked to leave my luggage before check-in time and they had no issues with that. Once my room was ready my luggage was in there as well. The breakfast spot downstairs was super good and have continued to go there even after my stay was complete.

  Disliked: The balcony was very small.
