The room is nice, secure and well located but check in process and communication poor

Liked: The room was spacious, clean and secure, and the location is excellent.

Disliked: The issue we had was lack of communication on how to find the property, which is accessed via carpark, and then how to enter it, as we found closed doors once we arrived. There needed to be clearer instructions prior to us arriving at the property, which is what we have experienced with other properties we have booked. The outlook from the window was into a laneway. The room had a light above the door, covered by cardboard, and this light came on occasionally in the night, and we could not turn off. The property promised airport transfer but this was not provided and when we asked for it to be arranged the person did not arrange it.

Liked: The service was great and the location was very good as well. Breakfast was made for us fresh every morning and coffee was also provided. Overall it was a nice place.

Disliked: The pull out bed was terrible to sleep on. The middle of the bed was like sleeping on metal bars. It was addressed by placing couch cushions under the mattress for additional support which shifted constantly. There were no additional pillows available. The air conditioning was difficult to deal with as the settings kept changing when we left the room. The attendant was not present at the property the majority of the time. The bathroom fixtures were not properly installed requiring for shampoo and other items to be placed on the floor. The refrigerator was very small and difficult to store any purchased beverages. Overall it could have been more comfortable.
