  Great location for getting round Naples

  Liked: A nice central location, surprisingly quiet. Clean and comfortable.

  Disliked: Poorly equipped kitchen, no coffee pot or peculator.

  We checked out and found a nicer place for almost the same price

  Disliked: IMO the entry to the building or our room was very outdated. To use the elevator, you get a "token" that limits how many times you may use it. Afterwards there are replenishment charges. Minimal staff are at the property.

  I really enjoyed my stay. The location was great and I really loved the actual room. It was a very comfortable stay

  Liked: The property was clean and the staff was amazing! They were so kind and helpful. We arrived early but they allowed us to partake in breakfast while we waited. They also held our bags while we shopped until check-in time. And our room became available early so they allowed us to check-in at Noon instead of making us wait until 2pm. The breakfast was also great. I enjoyed it both days!

  Disliked: The only thing that was a small issue was the shower was clogged somewhat and the water wouldn’t drain properly. I informed one of the staff members and he stated he would take a look. We were leaving the next day after we checked in anyway so I wasn’t around to see if it had been repaired. Also the key fob for the elevator that was given to us to use in lieu of paying euro wasn’t working. We ending up having to pay to use the elevator at one point. We also informed the staff about the key fob and he said he would take care of it. Other than these 2 issues, my stay was great!
