Buses stops aldo infront.well detailed the instruction for check-in and Check-out.You Can leave your luggages for free on their lockers!thank very much!

Disliked: We have stayed in a tripple room, the single bed need to be change..maybe placing a small table near the bed to place on your cellphone would be nice. The rest in general we liked our stay!highly recommended! For exploring Naples,Pompei,Sorrento. Til next thank you again!

  Clean and friendly

Liked: It was clean, spacious with high ceilings, and fully air-conditioned; the bed was large, and there were extensive security measures in place; the staff communicated via messages and letters; and the station was right in front.

Disliked: The fit of the room door was a bit off, and it would have been helpful to have a note explaining that the key needs to be turned to open or close it; in fact, I saw another traveler struggling to force the door shut. It also took me a little while to figure out that you have to slide the black lever to the left to open the door from the inside. On my last day, another traveler—who appeared to be Italian—asked me how to open the door, so the mechanism might be somewhat confusing even for locals. Aside from that, I have absolutely no complaints.

  Great!

Liked: Great room near the main station. Good shower, clean sheets and towels, and a friendly host. Would recommend.

Disliked: This is not the host’s fault, but if you’re a girl traveling alone, keep in mind the area at night is sketchy

A comfortable and clean stay in a very convenient location

Liked: We had a very pleasant stay at Napoli Central Gate. The room and the apartment were very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The location is very convenient, especially if you are traveling by bus or train, as it is very close to the main bus station and within walking distance of the train station and the port area. The staff were very kind and helpful. We arrived earlier than the normal check-in time, and although early check-in was not guaranteed, they kindly made an exception for us and prepared the room earlier because of our situation. We really appreciated their understanding and flexibility. They also provided us with a useful guide with recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, which was a nice extra touch. Overall, our stay was comfortable and we would recommend Napoli Central Gate, especially for travelers looking for a clean place in a very convenient location near the main transportation connections.

Disliked: One thing to keep in mind is that the area around the property can feel quite busy and less comfortable at night, especially after around 8 PM. However, this is more related to the surrounding area and the city itself rather than the property, and we always felt comfortable inside the accommodation.
