  Liked: Everything was properly arranged before our arrival, the host took care to make our stay comfortable, messaged well before our arrival to about the time we will reach, so that we won't have to wait to take the keys.

  Disliked: The person who came to gave us keys and instructions could only speak Italian, so we had to use translator to understand. This could be bit problematic for non-Italian speakers

  Amazing location, beautiful rooms!

  Liked: We stayed here for one night because we needed a place close to Napoli Centrale after arriving from Amalfi, and it was absolutely perfect for that. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk from the station, which made everything super easy, especially since we had an early trip to the airport the next morning. The apartment was clean, comfortable, affordable, and exactly what we needed. It even had a lovely balcony with a real neighbourhood feel, giving us a nice view of the locals and the surrounding streets. It felt safe, convenient, and surprisingly peaceful for such a central area. Overall, this place is ideal for anyone travelling through Naples, especially if you need quick access to trains or the airport. Great value, great location, and a very smooth stay.

  Disliked: Just one and the only small thing is that the lift in the building requires 10 cents each time to go up to the 6th floor. This is very common in older buildings in Naples and Italy, so it’s not the host’s fault at all — it’s just how these buildings work. And honestly, it wasn’t even a problem because the host kindly left us several 10‑cent coins to use the lift, which was a really thoughtful gesture

  Liked: Good location and nice apartment with powerful aircon and comfy beds. Check in was online via WhatsApp with helpful information via the host on good local restaurants. Nice balcony with a view of the streets below and a glimpse of the sea and piazza.

  Disliked: Apartment is on the top floor (6) and the lift wasn’t reliant and wasn’t working a lot of the time and in the August heat, getting to the top was not fun… host did provide us with a few 10 cent coins that you use before 19:15 when it then becomes free. Not their fault about it breaking though but thought I’d add.

  Not good for light sleepers

  Liked: Convenient to railway station and hop on hop off bus

  Disliked: Sixth floor with a small, slow lift. Balcony was Directly opposite another property, so not much privacy, fridge was noisy, so we turned it off at night. Towels were thin and frayed. Street noise!
