Great location for transit, but noisy with an uneasy building atmosphere

Liked: The location is ideal if you need easy access to the train station, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The room itself was clean, well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The soundproofing in the room was quite poor, so outside noise was an issue. Additionally, the building where the property is located doesn't give off the most comfortable or reassuring vibe, which took away from the overall stay.

  Close to train station

Liked: Our group of four had two rooms right next to each other which still made us feel together and not separate, like some hotels feel when you have your own rooms. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean, the bathrooms were also clean and everything stocked. There were lots of options for breakfast in the morning.

Disliked: The location was a bit scary to get to. We walked from the train station as it was only seven minutes away, but the homeless people, trash, and random people trying to sell you things on that seven-minute walk was eye awakening. Not an area I would want any single traveler to walk in and certainly be in a group if walking at night or take an Uber/taxi. Breakfast was late to open which put us a bit behind since we had timed events that morning.

Nice place, good breakfast, and convenient location!

Liked: The room was very nice and the breakfast was even better than expected! Many options including hardboiled eggs, prepackaged pastries, and more. We appreciated great communication finding the place as we arrived quite late, and excellent location in regard to the train station. Better than expected!

Liked: Clean property, close to the central train station and the metro entrance; attentive staff, easy self check-in.

Disliked: The walls are thin, so you can hear the neighbors—and Neapolitans are naturally loud people. However, quiet hours are respected.
