  Liked: The room and bathroom were clean with very comfortable bed and lots of hot water. Excellent location for central Naples, Port and Hop on bus. Useful extra cooking facilities and safe. Friendly host who explained everything.

  Disliked: Shower didn't drain very well so a bit slippy. A few annoying mosquitos around - unsure where they came from. No Fire Safety signs or clear fire exits which at 4 floors up was a concern? Breakfast option was a card for a coffee or cappuccino across the road plus bakery item - although tasty, I wouldn't describe as Bed and Breakfast?!

  Good one night stay, very close to ferry port

  Liked: Good room and great location. The host gave us clear instructions on WhatsApp on check in and what to do. All in all it was a good night and the bed is comfortable.

  Disliked: The breakfast included is a pastry and coffee across the road. Good enough when you are just using it as a stop over and have to rush in the morning but don’t expect a full breakfast.

  Liked: The location is very convenient, especially if you need to stay close to the port. It is also not too far from the airport. If you are only staying in Naples for one night and don’t mind a lower level of cleanliness, this could be a practical option. The taxi driver arranged by the property was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived quite late at night, and he made sure we got there safely. He even helped us open the door of the property and reminded us to take the elevator upstairs instead of using the stairs, which we really appreciated.

  Disliked: the building and the room are quite old, and the room did not feel particularly clean. Although there are kitchen facilities, the pots and pans were very dirty and not really usable. The check-in process is completely self-service. It felt a bit like going through a series of steps or a “quest” just to get into the room. The breakfast experience was probably the biggest downside. The owner of the breakfast place was extremely unfriendly. He ignored our friendly greetings and told us that we could only choose a certain type of bread, and it didn’t taste good, while the only drink option was coffee (I don’t drink coffee). We felt uncomfortable asking questions or saying anything more because it seemed like he might get annoyed (maybe because we’re foreigners), probably he would be more friendly to Italians. If you don’t mind skipping the included breakfast, I would recommend going somewhere else for breakfast instead.

  Liked: the staff were super friendly and helpful, they cleaned and tidied the room every day, the ac was cold enough for hot summer days. the place was near the metro and a lot of attractions too, had an amazing stay!

  Disliked: only one tiny problem was the drain in the shower, it drained the water quite slow - so it floods a little when you take a shower

  Particularly great if you are going to the port

  Liked: Location was great for us going to the port to travel to the islands. The triple room was comfortable, spacious and clean and there was the option to be able to leave luggage after check out. They arranged a transfer from the airport which was good value and very smooth.
