Cozy clean place close to the central station

Liked: We didn’t spend much time at the accommodation as we were mostly just there to sleep, but it perfectly met all my needs. The location is excellent, the central station is just a 10-minute walk away, and there are plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. The place was clean, and they offer daily room cleaning upon request. There is also a well-equipped shared kitchen, which was great for making a morning coffee or microwaving leftovers. Check-in was smooth; I received all the instructions via WhatsApp on the morning of our arrival. Although the staff didn't speak English, we managed to understand each other perfectly fine. They were very kind, smiling, and helpful.

Disliked: The only downside I could mention is that the toilet didn't have a lid. Since the towel rack was right next to it, I didn't find it very hygienic. Overall, though, it was a great stay.

Liked: First of all, the cleanliness of the rooms. We were a group of 3 couples. We also liked the opportunity to have a supper all together in the dining place, equipped with all necessary appliances.

Disliked: The street is dirty. But it is not the hosts' fault. For the future tenants: as for the Hotel, its name plate on the street wall is not visible enough. Be attentive.

Liked: Good location near the train station. Decent sized room with a mini fridge.

Disliked: Check in was slightly confusing as there was 3 locks to get past. Was also a little noisy.

Liked: It was clean. There was no reception and all communication happened through this website or WhatsApp. But they were very fast in reply and very responsible.

Disliked: It was next to the train station, napoli centrale, but in general the area does not seem to be safe. It was on the second floor but the windows are so small and the glasses were painted, that is why all the time the room was dark.
