Liked: Hotel was great with great location near train station. Staff and breakfast where really good

Disliked: Wasn't easy to find. Wasn't told to go to hotel st agnell when we booked it. There was only a small sign outside. That was the only fault

The staff, rooms and location for this hotel was great for it's overall cost for a family of 4

Liked: The location was convenient in the center of the city near the train station. It was easy to get around and get a taxi when needed. The room was overall a good size and accommodated a family of 4 with a queen bed and 2 full, real, double beds that were not pull-out couches or sofas. The bathroom was large and the shower was great! Breakfast was included and met the needs. There was a restaurant on site with good food, good service and good drinks. We were even able to see fireworks from our room windows.

Disliked: The location was a little hard to find using google maps. There were a few different entries and it was not clear where the entrance was. Since it was close to the train station, there was a lot of activity and not being familiar with the area, I was unsure of the safety. The room location was across the courtyard from the main hotel which seemed a little strange, but overall was fine. It was our first time in Europe as a family so we were unsure of what to expect.

Liked: It was clean and very near at the train station.

Disliked: When we finished checking in, the room wasn’t ready yet. We waited for almost an hour but fortunately the receptionist gave us another room. There were so many people in front of the hotel so it was a bit scary and noisy but we managed to sleep anyway.
