  Enjoyable but could be better

  Liked: Very helpful staff.

  Disliked: Facilities need some investment. Power sockets coming away from the wall for example. Breakfast could be improved by providing more fresh produce and choice from the local areas

  Great location and value

  Liked: Room with breakfast, great location on Via Duomo in the heart of the historical centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage there before check in time.

  Perfect location and nice place

  Liked: The location is 10/10. It is very close to the main streets, to the central station (for tours or trains). The room was clean and the staff were very kind. Rafaela helped us with the taxi back to the airport, allowed us to wash some clothes and was very nice and kind all the time! The breakfast was delicious with bread, eggs, yogurt, cereal, cheese and juices. I’d stay here again.
