  Luxurious surround, friendly and helpful staff and a real privilege to stay in such a magnificent place

  We will not be returning

  Liked: The property location was excellent and the breakfast room and breakfast was great.

  Disliked: This property is NOT a hotel. We had great difficulty checking in. Attempted to call the property on 3 occasions with no response. The entry door to the building was locked with no way of entry and NO sign for the accommodation. Even the taxi driver was perplexed. Very poor and stressful after a long flight from Australia. There was a safe in our room that was not working. I flagged this with the manager that the battery may need to be replaced to be told 'it was only replaced last month'. Eventually the safe was checked and the battery was replaced. Attitude of some of the property's staff was disappointing.

  Once in a lifetime experience

  Liked: Breakfast, especially its elegant presentation in the palatial breakfast room, was excellent and had a tremendous choice of food. Excellent location. Very unique hotel experience. Staff were extremely helpful, especially Antonella and Agnese.

  Liked: The breakfast was delicious! The location was perfect for walking around Naples and just as important, the location was great for traveling to other cities like Rome and Pompeii. Most importantly, the staff was wonderful and kind!

  This is a dream

  Liked: It is a an original Palace which has been superbly restored. Exceptionally beautifull and the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. Everything beautifully laid out and prepared and presented. Pure joy.
