  Liked: The location right in the Spanish quarter of Naples.

  Disliked: The room was small for 5 people. No possibility to cook water to make a tea. The window faces a very busy street where there is continuous noise. It was jot possible to have the window open.

  Absolutely fantastic, I would highly recommend to anyone

  Liked: The Spa Facilities were a brilliant touch that added a hint of luxury to our stay. As we were running a half marathon, we found these excellent for our recovery too. The location was excellent as the seafront was a short walk away, and there were plenty of restaurants & shops within a stones throw of the building. Lastly, I'd like to comment on how friendly and welcoming the staff were, they are an excellent reflection on the property.

  Disliked: There was nothing that could have improved our stay.

  Excellent value in the heart of the spanish quarter

  Liked: Great location, excellent value. Was pretty quiet for the heart of the Spanish Quarter. Loads of bars restaurants and coffee shops right outside. It is a short walk from the toledo metro station. We were able to leave our bags after check-out, and we were sent codes to return and collect them later that day. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a steep flight of stairs but nothing crazy. There was a smart tv I could log into streaming services with no problem.

  Filthy and suffocating

  Liked: The only good thing was the location.

  Disliked: I didn’t like it whole. First of all there’s no window in the room, there was a balcony but it was also facing to the alley which was so tight. We couldn’t sleep for two days stay because of suffocation. There was a jacuzzi in the room but when we started, dirt started to come out from the outlets, we had to buy bleach from the supermarket to clean it ourselves. For two night stay we saw cockroaches everywhere. NEVER AGAIN.

  Disliked: Dear Sir/Madam, Hello, We returned this week from a trip to Italy, during which our last night was supposed to be in Naples. We made a reservation through Booking.com at the Real Giardinetto a Toledo, reservation number 6182967003. The day before our scheduled arrival, I called the hotel to check what time we could arrive for check-in. We called the telephone number listed on your website. The hotel representative informed me that there was no reservation under my name, and even after I provided the Booking.com reservation number, I was told that no such reservation existed. I subsequently sent the hotel a screenshot of the Booking.com confirmation via WhatsApp, but their response remained the same: they claimed that they could not find any reservation for us. As we had no choice at that point, our friends who were traveling with us booked another hotel in Naples for that night under the name of Ron Dor, total two room, booking.com reservation no. 6358941258. On the morning of our arrival in Naples, the hotel contacted me and asked when we would be arriving. When I explained that the hotel representative had previously told me the day before that we had no reservation, I was told that this had simply been a misunderstanding on our part and that the mistake was mine. I strongly disagree with this explanation. I have the complete WhatsApp correspondence with the hotel, which clearly documents the conversation and their confirmation that they could not find our reservation. If you will asked me to send you this correspondence for your review, I will. Since we did not stay at the hotel or use any of its services, I kindly request a full refund for the two rooms that were charged to us. I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter and issuing the refund to my credit card. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Kind regards, Motti Mitzki
