  Liked: Great host, everything was clean and well maintained. He kindly allowed us to stay in the apartment for a few extra hours, which we really appreciated. The apartment is in a great location, with plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it!

  Perfect stay for a few days in Naples

  Liked: Perfect location, nicely decorated room, good aircon, comfy bed and great host. I would come back.

  Disliked: Only negative note was the safe was not working.

  Liked: Spacious room spacious bathroom, balcony top location to go anywhere, quiet near the sea. Super market nearby, very friendly host. Immediate contact if you need something. Top stay top location!! 🤗

  Would not recommend

  Liked: No breakfast Location good Bad experience

  Disliked: This was a bad experience. The building was hard to find and when we finally found it (with no help from the contact person) it was inside a very dark courtyard building. There was an elevator up to the floor where the property was but no one was there. We had contacted the people to let them know what time we were to arrive and no one was there and no answer on the phone or message. We finally rang and the cleaning person was there and able to let us in. She spoke no English but was able to give us the key to the room. It was not ready and still had the other people's luggage in there. This was well past the agreed check in time. When he finally got back to us, we told him that she needed 1.5 hours to finish cleaning. We arranged to be back later and do the check in then. He never replied or showed up. I asked about breakfast and he sent us to a cafe that was across the street that we had to pay for (breakfast was supposed to be included). We tried to call and text to see where to leave the keys - no answer. We left them on the desk - let him know and that was it. The room was okay - basic - very large bathroom. Pretty bare bones and no city information in the room or the enclosed area. Never saw anyone except the cleaning person to get keys. Don't recommend!

  Liked: Relais Santa Lucia sul Mare is located in a nice section of Naples near the port and water. It is along a relatively quiet street but conveniently near numerous restaurants and shops. Our host, Salvatore, was very communicative over WhatsApp and responsive to our needs. Would stay there again!

  Liked: The location is great and a really cool building. Room and bathroom are very sizable, and it has a great little balcony looking over the street. Super clean when we got in as well.

  Disliked: Shower was terrible, took a long time to get warm (at best) and the shower head holder was broken, so you had to squat under it. It is a fairly basic room, but you're paying for a great location which kind of takes the sting off.
