  Would not recommend. Not sure how it has 4 stars

  Liked: The front desk clerk was pleasant

  Disliked: The neighborhood is not good. The hotel has a permanent sign stating please rate us on our service not the things that take place outside. Our room had an awful smell, very noisy, and the elevator was very unpredictable. We didn’t feel safe leaving the hotel to go to a restaurant but the food at the hotel restaurant was not good and the server was an angry man who was confrontational with anyone who voiced a concern.

  New hotel in a bad location

  Liked: New rooms and renovated facilities. Breakfast was good.

  Disliked: Location is like African immigration center. Staff at reception has to be more welcoming and positive. It has been a month and I still did not get an invoice. Breakfast room too small and chaos every morning. They advertise the restaurant at the entrance but what you get is the basement "canteen"
