  Clean, funtional room in the heart of Naples

  Liked: The location was very good. It lies in a small, hidden street within walking distance of all the major sights in the city centre. The room was clean and small but functional. The owner responded quickly to our messages and any questions or issues we had were efficiently resolved. Breakfast was served at a nearby café, where you could exchange a voucher provided by the accommodation for a coffee and a large pastry - in other words a typical, Italian style breakfast.. There was no safe or minibar in the room, but we could use the fridge in the common room. This was a reasonable solution, given the small number of rooms sharing the space.

  Disliked: There was some disturbing noise from a nearby bar at night when we kept the balcony door open, however we couldn’t hear any noise from the other rooms.

  Liked: Fantastic location, close to all the best monuments and easy to reach by public transport. Very nice host, super helpful. There was no problem to check in late at night, which I appreciated. Air conditioning worked very well, which was a salvation in the July heat.

  Disliked: I wish the kitchen had more equipment available (a knife and couple of plates even would be great). I'd also appreciate more trash cans (or the spare trash bags, so we could empty the bin) and a towel change could be nice for longer stay. But for a shorter stay, I'd say it is a perfect choice.

  Suits the need for central short stay

  Liked: Good central position. Location is up a side alley. Clean room. Busy area near all the sites and action. I cannot comment on on site parking, We did not have a car. Communications with the host were good and detailed.

  Disliked: Self managed checkin? (OK, self managed but can be pain.). The on line registration is via a third party called via Vikey. Says takes a moment on the app, but trust me it's slow. I have bit of a bone to pick with booking.com. They should separate breakfast included in the search from breakfast at a cafe at separate location. In this case round the corner and in the next street. Personally offered and prepared breakfast by a host is a long way from a voucher for a coffee, pastry and juice at a cafe/bar.

  Superb

  Liked: Perfect location right in the city center and close to the metro, bars and restaurants. Clean. Host very responsive. Super comfy bed!

  Disliked: Nothing. Just the basic Italian breakfast that's a coffee and a pastry as I don't like coffee and eating sugar in the morning.
