  Family trip to Napoli

Liked: Excellent reception and support from Alberto, Cristina and Flaviano. The luxury apartment has all the things needed for an enjoyable stay. Big, clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Definitely a repeat for us when returning to Napoli.

Liked: Air conditioning was great, location was close to the port

Disliked: The hot water didn’t work, and cash was needed for a lot of facilities with the office, the general location of the apartment wasn’t great

Really don’t recommend using any of the apartments that this company offers

Liked: The location to the town was the only good thing about this apartment.

Disliked: The bath had mould in it around the head rests but it was unusable anyway as there was no hot water in the apartment. We raised the issue with the manager but apparently hot water is not an emergency. On day 2 of a 5 day stay we had to move out of the apartment due to a gas leak that the manager described as unsafe ( not able to get anybody out to look at the issue for another 3 days) No refund was given for this and we had to book another stay at a different place at additional costs to ourselves.

  bad experience

  Liked: nothing

Disliked: 4 floors steep stairs, almost impossible to carry luggages, very small room does not deserve the money, apartment is dirty, unnecessary bathroom size which is almost the same size with the room. There is no personal space in the room. there is one picture which is like a living room but it doesnt exist. the street is creepy and dark at night. I dont reccomend this.

Perfect location within walking distance of the port and many restaurants. Lovely stay 2 thumbs up!

Liked: We loved our stay Scugnizzo Apartment. It was very easy to communicate with the owner before our arrival; they sent information on the area, where we could park, where we could explore, and how to book any activity we wanted to do while in the area. Alberto, met us in the office and walked us to the apartment. He even let us leave our bags the next day so we could ferry over to Procida. The apartment itself had everything we needed and was a lot larger than expected. I would 100% book again and highly suggest it if you are wanting to stay close to the port. Thank you Flaviano for a lovely stay.

Liked: Very nice apartment near to the port and in reasonable area that felt safe

Disliked: Property advertised as 'beachfront'. It is a good 10-15 minute walk to the sea, not a beach. Queried this with owner who suggested that I hadn't read the advert properly and that as it was part of a collection of properties that they own they were able to say it had certain facilities that it most definitely did not. Owner initially said only a 3 minute walk to the port then sent me a message with googlemap picture showing it was an 11 minute walk but saying that he could do it in 7! Also advertised having a children's pool which we may have been able to access but it was not at this property!
