Decent hotel, friendly staff, good restaurant

Liked: The location is very convenient, rooftop bar and restaurant is nice if you don’t want to leave the property.

Disliked: Well Napoli is very busy and it attracts a lot of Riff Raff around the general area also it’s very noisy and the sound proofing isn’t great. You can hear the traffic all night.

Convenient location and clean, efficient hotel but very noisy and grimy outside

Liked: Clean and efficient Good sized room Nice towels, robes, bed

Disliked: Very noisy (outside) We specifically booked a room with a balcony but it was so noisy from the traffic and also the balcony was too small to have chairs out there. As such we feel the room was very expensive against how it was advertised.

Nice staff, hotel a bit past its best

Liked: Great staff. Lovely roof top bar and restaurant. Very good breakfast included.

Disliked: Noisy room both from the street and internally, needed decorating and it was supposedly an executive double. Very dark, no dressing table/mirror. Bad smell in the bathroom, shower didn’t drain. Located in an area that although centrally located for the station etc we did not feel safe to walk in at night. Huge piles of smelly rubbish everywhere.

Disappointing overall, with misleading photos, poor facilities and unwelcoming service

Liked: The rooms were spacious and had good sound insulation, despite the hotel's noisy location. Being directly opposite the train station could also be convenient for those travelling by train.

Disliked: The photos on Booking.com do not accurately reflect the reality of this hotel. It is a rather mediocre property, with a cheap-looking, uninviting reception area and an overall atmosphere that falls well short of expectations. The advertised parking is misleading. There is no convenient parking at the hotel, and it is extremely difficult even to stop briefly outside to unload luggage. Guests are directed to a rather poor nearby garage at an additional cost. The hotel is situated on an extremely busy and noisy roundabout, directly opposite the train station. While the rooms are reasonably well soundproofed, the ventilation is poor. Most disappointing was the attitude of the reception staff, who were neither welcoming nor particularly courteous. On one occasion, when I returned to the hotel and walked towards the elevators, a staff member shouted at me to stop, apparently assuming I was not a guest, before abruptly asking what they could help me with. This was inappropriate, disrespectful and completely unacceptable. There are far more professional ways to approach someone, whether they are a guest or not. Overall, the hotel lacks the quality, atmosphere and hospitality suggested by its online presentation. I would not recommend staying here.

  Good location for trains

Liked: Room was clean and recently renovated. Beds comfortable. Overlooking the piazza and rail station. Easy walk from trains. Staff were helpful arranging airport transfer for very early departure.

Disliked: Bathroom shower flooded the floor:( We did struggle with room keys not coded correctly. Housekeeping was very helpful. And flush for toilet was difficult to sort.
