Excellent staff, difficult location for touring

Liked: The staff of this hotel were amazing. My husband lost his phone in a taxi and the young man at the front desk was a miracle work and helped find it and get it returned from the taxi company! We also had air conditioning issues on the first night, they were very helpful to get this fixed for us.

Disliked: The bed was not the most comfortable, as it had a memory foam pad on the mattress that felt weird while sleeping on. The room had a partition wall in the middle and this made it hard to cool the bed side. Make sure you know what and where you want to see things. This hotel is not in an easy location to quickly walk or get to things, causing a lot more walking or taxi fares to get you home.
