  Room could have been upgraded but it was a safe, clean, and peaceful stay in Naples

  Liked: The Chiaia neighborhood was quiet and hotel was on a hill away from noisy traffic.

  Disliked: There were very few guests as the season was ending. We thought it would have been nice to have been upgraded to a room with a balcony or patio that was larger. Also, Raffael was very helpful, arranged the reasonable-cost shuttle to the airport but the other guy at the desk was bothered by having to answer any questions or get us more water as it was very hot and stores were not close by. We picked this place because it was advertised as having 24 hr. concierge services. Walking to stores and eating places was a steep 10-15 minute walk downhill (we are in our 70's)

  Nice basic spot

  Liked: A quick 10 min walk down to the seafront. Small, basic room but but clean and good hot water.

  Disliked: A bit noisy in the morning as the halls echo and the coffee station is pretty central.

  Liked: Comfortable clean hotel in beautiful part of Naples with amazing views of the bay. Rooms big & airy, two great terraces facing the bay -lift very useful. Staff amazing, helpful and kind.

  Great value for money - will go and stay again!

  Liked: good location - good value for money. awesome staff - very friendly. clean big room, ac, automated blinds, large comfortable bed. terrace and common areas. complimentary breakfast and coffee, water provided in the rooms.

  Disliked: on the map - it seemed close to the city center, but in practice - it’s quite far - and public transport in naples was completely disrupted when we visited - due to works and renovation - it was a real pain to get there (not the fault of this place, of course)
