Guest reviews
Very good
Perfect for one night after late arrival at Olbia
Liked: The entire process, from check-in to check-out, went great—perfect if you're arriving late. The location was great—nice and quiet.
Disliked: Unfortunately, it was a bit noisy due to the sliding doors, and the mattresses have seen better days.
Liked: The apartment was well cleaned and self check-in and check-out were easy.
Disliked: The doors are too thin and so we were woken early by the other tenants. Very far from shops / cafes - hence it is not recommended to stay here if you do not have a car.
LACK OF COMMUNICATION & SCAM
Liked: This accomodation is the worse. They are not available by phone, email or any other. Because of their lack on communication I was not able to register and lost my accomodation. I tried everything to contact them but not enough. In the end I was desperate and I requested an annulation without fees which they refused. I had to sleep that night in my car with 27 degrees...
Disliked: LACK OF COMMUNICATION and EMPATHY (they let you pay your annulation although their communication is just not there)
DO NOT STAY HERE!
Liked: There was AC
Disliked: This was by far the worst accommodation experience I've had. The room felt more like staying in a brothel than a hotel. The walls are so thin that you can hear absolutely everything happening in the neighboring rooms, making it almost impossible to relax or sleep. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Even if nothing else changed, replacing it with a proper mattress would make a huge difference. I woke up feeling worse than when I went to bed. The surrounding area also felt sketchy and unsafe, which only added to the unpleasant experience. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I genuinely cannot recommend this place. There are much better options available for the price.
not a great impression
Liked: easy access at our late arrival.
Disliked: it seemed a brothel.
I would not recommend stay hear while it was pretty cheap. We could not sleep at all since the other guests were making
Liked: The room was spacious
Disliked: No isolation between rooms, insects in the room, bed extremely uncomfortable
