Fabulous
It should have been cheaper, considering the service
Liked: Location Clean Air condition
Disliked: The shower water was flowing very weakly. Two rolls of toilet paper were provided for a five-day rental. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was both hard and very old. A total of four coffee capsules were provided for two people for five days.
Next time I will not come
Liked: Very very bad experience
Disliked: What I like in the property nothing
Misleading booking practices
Liked: Location - While the location of this accommodation is excellent - right near the main street with easy access to cafes and shops - there were several significant issues that made our stay disappointing.
Disliked: Undisclosed deposit with no oversight: A deposit was taken without any prior notice on the booking platform. Even more concerning, no staff member was present to show us the room or verify its condition before the deposit was charged. We could have easily been held responsible for pre-existing damage. The deposit took 3 weeks after checkout to be returned. Hidden check-in requirements: We were never informed that online check-in was mandatory. This wasn't mentioned anywhere on the Booking.com listing, which was problematic since we were traveling and didn't always have reliable internet access. Accommodation itself:The space felt unwelcoming and cramped. Upon entering, the bed is immediately visible, and there's a tiny single room that feels partially underground like a basement. The overall setup lacks privacy and comfort. Bottom line:The excellent location is overshadowed by poor communication and hidden fees/requirements. Had we known about the mandatory online check-in and undisclosed deposit, we would have chosen different accommodation. I cannot recommend this place due to these misleading booking practices.
Great location! Difficult communication with host
Liked: Amazing location!!
Disliked: Horrible bed, made me extremely sore and worst sleep ever. Really poor communication from host.
Do not trust the agent via WhatsAPP. They charged a security deposit and did not refund it
Liked: The location was good
Disliked: Overpriced room, with poor customer service. But mostly the agent took a security deposit of EUR 100 and did not refund it although promised to do so.
Very good
Liked: Super central property, we could not be better placed in town. Super close to all restaurants and bars and stores but still very very quiet. Spacious room with all we needed
Disliked: Communication with the client support was not ideal but we managed to understand each other eventually. It was possible to hear the upstairs neighbours at times, but overall it was quiet.
