  For the price, the service provided is adequate

  Liked: The B&B is a house with rooms shared among different guests. In the common area, there’s a fridge, microwave, and water dispenser, they were really useful for me, as I often travel for long periods. The suite is comfortable, with a mosquito net, TV, and excellent, stable Wi-Fi. The house is on the first floor, accessible only by stairs. The location is convenient, close to a park, train station, and supermarkets. You can also walk to the shops and restaurants in the city center, and the bus to the port stops just a five-minute walk away. Although the host doesn’t live on the property, he’s always attentive to messages, and communication is good. I had an issue with the bedroom lock, and it was fixed the same day.

  Disliked: The bathroom has an unpleasant sewage smell, and there’s noise when the exhaust fan in the neighboring bathroom is turned on. I also had nowhere to stay after check-out while waiting for my ferry. I travel frequently for work, and other accommodations, including B&B, have always allowed me to use the common areas after checking out, but here I had to leave. The reason given was that the space needed to be cleared for cleaning, however, I wouldn’t have occupied the entire area and could easily have moved aside while the cleaning was being done. It’s simply something worth reconsidering to improve the experience for future guests. Also, unlike what the listing photo suggests, breakfast isn’t provided. Despite these drawbacks, I think the price was worth it, and I would stay here again.

  Liked: Quite easy to get there with the bus from the airport. It did the job to spend one night between arrival in Sardinia and the next step of our trip. A Cheap night comes with another price to pay.. but it was clean and functional.

  Disliked: The beds are in bad shape, mattresses are worn down, the bunkbed squeaks at every movement, the ladder is not stable.
