Fabulous
It felt like home in a warm and easy place to live within
Great Property But Not Close to the Center of Olbia
Liked: Property was much further from the middle of town than I had thought. There was parking along the street which was free. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The wifi worked very well. I booked this because I was intrigued by the name. I didn't have a chance to ask the manager why it is called the Blessed House Rooms but if your travels take you to Olbia, I would definitely recommend this property.
Disliked: I arrived after dark at this property and it was very hard to see the combination for accessing the key to my room. Luckily, the manager came by and was able to assist me. Locating a light closer to the key box would be a great fix for this issue, especially since it gets dark around 8:30 in the beginning of the summer.
Liked: The rooms were really clean, and had everything you need in the kitchen (with exception of a pan). Car was parked in front of the house for free. Hassle free check-in and keys retrieval.
Liked: We spent 2 nights here. We were satisfied. Nice common kitchen, clean room, easy parking. Michele was very helpful. The matress has weird noise in room White.
I recommend
Liked: The host is very nice. The room is really nice and clean, you also have very nice clean private bathroom. You also have shared kitchen. The parking is on the street, we arrived at 22.00 and it was no problem finding it.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Clean room with everything you need.
Disliked: Kitchen area was unusable. If you have a large kitchen and you don't have plates, a saucer or anything similar that would allow you to prepare a quick meal (cook eggs, pasta, soup), then emphasize that in the description. The kitchen can only be seen as a tea kitchen - where tea and coffee can be made.
