Liked: Location
Disliked: The apartment is very acoustic; you can hear absolutely everything. The condition and appearance of the rooms are much worse than in the photos. One room has no window. There are two double beds, one broken sofa bed that's unusable, and one single bed. The host didn't take into account the number of guests and didn't provide enough bedding. Luggage cannot be left in advance. Early check-in costs €25. Late check-out is initially €25, but on the day before arrival, the price increased to €60, and check-out was only extended until 12:30.
Short stay
Liked: Clean spacious apartment for 4 people in walking distances of the main town with bars and restaurants. Straightforward in picking the keys up and gaining access.
Disliked: We left an item there and messaged the host to go back and pick it up a few days later but unfortunately they didn't respond until after we'd flown home.

Very nice apartment, really very comfortable with most things you need for a vacation stay. There were just a few things
Liked: Great location, walking distance to restaurants, cafes and the waterfront. Nice balconies, washing machine, big living/dining room.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have some kitchen towels (we used towels from the bathroom), information on which coffee pods to use in the coffee machine, instructions on how to use the washing machine in different languages, and some lighter blankets for the beds. (There were very nice thick comforter/blankets for very cold nights but it was not cold, and so a lighter blanket would have been nice. )
