  A very clean and comfortable place with thoughtful touches and a fantastic location. While there are a few limitations (

  Liked: Not a traditional hotel, but a 3BHK flat converted into a holiday home. Rooms are spotless with very comfortable beds, branded coffee pods, and toiletries. Location is excellent – just a short walk to the train station and bus stop. Hosts are kind, very responsive, and add thoughtful touches like beach mats and umbrellas.

  Disliked: For two guests, the toiletries provided initially were not sufficient (though more can be requested via room service). • Room service is only done after two days, which may feel a bit limited. • There is only one mirror, and it’s inside the washroom – an additional mirror in the room would be useful. • The balcony faces the road, so it can get noisy if the door is kept open. • No microwave is provided (there is an oven, but guests are not allowed to use it). • No washing machine available for laundry. • Guests need to sort and dispose of their own waste in respective bins. • The AC is centrally set to 23–25°C (common in Italy), which might feel warm for some, but they do provide a fan upon request. • Access requires climbing stairs, so carrying heavy luggage can be challenging.

  I would recommend it further:)

  Liked: The room is very clean and modern, nicely done:) breakfast isn’t much but it’s enough as for a quick meal

  Disliked: It’s next to the Main Street and bus stop which makes it really noisy but for 2 night stay you can manage

  Clean, comfortable & all in all perfect

  Liked: Excellent property close to everything, just a 13-14 min walk into the main city but also very close to the train station. The room was incredibly clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Overall a superb stay! Would definitely go here again if I visit Olbia one more time.
