Exceptional
Liked: We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here! Everything was just perfect from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to everyone❤️
Modern hotel, nice big rooms, very friendly staff. Nice rooftop pool and restaurant!
Liked: The hotel is modern, has great facilities, big rooms and the staff are very friendly. One can walk to the town centre in about 25 minutes or by bus and takes 10 minutes. The pool and rooftop restaurant are great. They also offer spa services.
Disliked: The breakfast is excellent, but the food is kept in some kind of glass display cabinets and the cooked food is not hot, but rather cold. It would be great if the food could be kept hot. Otherwise very good breakfast buffet.
We had a wonderful stay & like I have mentioned before staff in the hotel made it unforgettable & special
Liked: Our room was very spacious & comfortable. The lady cleaning the room each day, Bozena was the most thorough & attentive to details that you can possibly ask for. All staff from reception to restaurant was helpful & whet every we asked for was never a problem. I can highly recommend this hotel!

Disliked: Restaurant staff-0 hospitality, especially the 2 girls in the bar, friendly advice if you do not like people in the morning, maybe serving them is not your ideal job. Room needs improvement-stains on the sealing, light pannels falling down the wall, spiders on the balcony, furniture doors falling. Breakfast is good but they serve the same thing every day. Rooms are extremly noisy. Parking is available if you find slots, if not, you can park near the hotel on an empty land slot.
