A disappointing stay where the lack of customer care and follow-up completely overshadowed the few positive aspects of t
Liked: The housekeeper was genuinely kind, welcoming and helpful. She was the only person who made us feel truly welcome during our stay.
Disliked: The management was extremely disappointing. The owner was essentially present for the check-in, key handover and payment, but showed very little interest in guests afterwards. Most importantly, after I accidentally left my Nintendo 3DS in the room, I contacted him repeatedly and received very little assistance in trying to recover it. The complete lack of effort and communication was extremely disappointing and left me with a very negative impression of the establishment.
Liked: Close to bus station, park, bars, easy walkable

Liked: Comfortable room, a few minutes walk from the city centre. The room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed.

Disliked: Host was not friendly or helpful.
Liked: Everything was amazing, spent one night there and close to the hotel is Amazing bar where we can enjoy beer. Also the front of the hotel is big park for walking.
Disliked: The onli thing that I didn't like is when we arrive there was no person on reception and the door was locked. We call him and he came afterwards 10 min

Liked: It was okay for one night. Wouldn’t recommend staying longer.
Disliked: It doesn’t look like on the pictures anymore. My opinion was, that it’s not well taken care of. Host was not so friendly. We couldn’t close our front door properly and heard the host almost the whole night (because the check-in lobby was right in front of our door..). Floor was pretty dirty, we walked there with our bare feet and our feet were black after like 1 minute.
