Good
Better for a short city break than a longer holiday
Liked: Great location, easy walk to seafront and all central restaurants. Most staff very good.
Disliked: Very small shower with ill-fitting door and poor shower pressure. Limited cold breakfast although plenty of cake!
I would be very happy to stay here again
Liked: It is in a nice quiet location, but still near good restaurants and 9 gelatorias. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Comfy bed. Lovely, helpful staff. Very good breakfast.
Disliked: The balcony had a plastic grass rug which was rucked up and dangerous as a trip hazard. Free wifi is advertised but the password isn't on the room information sheet.
Very disappointing experience

Disliked: The room was rather small and, unfortunately, the standard of cleanliness was disappointing. Upon entering, I immediately noticed a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, as though someone had just used the toilet. To make matters worse, the toilet roll had already been half used, which raised further concerns about whether the bathroom had been properly cleaned before my arrival. Another rather ridiculous issue is that the bathroom extractor fan can only be activated by reception. Am I seriously expected to call reception every time I need to use the toilet? This is both impractical and unacceptable, particularly given the unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Basic cleanliness, hygiene and properly functioning bathroom ventilation should be standard in any hotel. I would certainly never book this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Liked: Amazing accommodation! Great hotel location in the city center. Italian-style breakfast, a wonderful homey atmosphere, and excellent, helpful staff. It exceeded our expectations.

Basic hotel in a good location with a private parking lot directly next door
Liked: Very good location with a private parking lot directly next door (no extra charge for parking). The room was large and clean. They were able to accommodate three separate beds.
Disliked: The front desk was a bit unprofessional. The stay is very basic overall. Good for an overnight before flying out of Olbia Airport.
Liked: The location was excellent on the outskirts of the old town
Disliked: A bit of maintenance work needed to be done
