  Comfortable, clean, and centrally located

  Liked: I had a wonderful stay at La Dimora di San Simplicio. The staff are so welcoming and kind, and the location is perfect - just a few minutes walk to the main street down into the city centre. The room is spacious and spotlessly clean. I'd definitely stay again!

  Liked: Everything in the property was spot on! Very clean and full of character. Loved that there was a coffee machine in the kitchen and coffee pods, so I was able to enjoy my slow mornings with coffee in bed. The most fascinating thing was a super comfortable mattress and pillows. I have back problems, but I was sleeping like a baby. The house is on a busy street, but surprisingly it was super quiet during the night. The location was also superb - just 9 min. to the main amenities. Thank you for everything!

  Liked: Simona is a great host and takes care of you. The room was very cozy with a lot of details. We also loved the common area to drink a coffee. Everything was amazing. I would recommend to stay here in Olbia.
