Disliked: It was quite loud from the corridors /streets

Liked: Well located, modern bedroom and bathroom, lovely balcony
Disliked: The AC barely works and the bed mattress is really thin
Comfortable, quiet, central room steps away from main Corso
Liked: The property is in the town centre, litterally 25 steps away from Corso Umberto. Second time staying here (2 nights this time). Comfortable, quiet, central. Love the shower!
Disliked: I would have liked a coffee machine in the room but no big deal. Amazing outdoor bars downstairs. Everything was good!
Should be immediately closed due to serious health and hygiene concerns!
Disliked: I did not have a positive experience with this property. The bed was improvised and uncomfortable, the fan did not work, and the remote control was also not functioning. There was very limited storage space for personal belongings. The communication with the host was particularly disappointing. I requested a change of room because of the conditions, but the replacement room was even worse. Most seriously, the room had visible mold on the walls, which I have documented with photographs. Because of the condition of the accommodation, I had no choice but to leave and arrange alternative accommodation at my own expense. This resulted in significant additional costs and inconvenience.
Cute room in prime location
Liked: It was a great location, in the center of Olbia and walking distance to everything. Clean & cute room, the AC is strong, This was just what I needed bc I was traveling all over Sardinia. Good communication with host.
Disliked: It was a bit pricey for what you got. But I booked last min.
Comfortable room in a central location
Liked: Location. Comfort. Space.
Disliked: Saturday night there was a band playing close by which was very loud. Fortunately I was in a back room. You can hear noises in the hallways when people come and go and sometimes people above you very loudly.
