Fabulous
Great location
Liked: The location is amazing, and the owner/staff is nice and friendly. Good value of money.
Disliked: Because it’s next to the street, we still heard some crowd noise downstairs around 1 am at one night. We also need to share the bathroom with another guests so it happened that we took turn to use the bathroom especially when got back at the same time. The hot water is not stable either, we didn’t have hot water in the morning sometime.

Liked: Clean and central location. Good bus connections to airport.
Disliked: Noise from neighbours and light from the hall whenever neighbours went in or out, used the shared bathroom (due to a frosted glass door to the apartment. The apartment is located on a lively street above noisy (very) late night bars. That, coupled with the glass door, meant our sleep was quite disturbed. For others though, the location would be ideal, the noise not an issue if you're out there partying among them.

Great host and location
Liked: Great location, spacious room with balcony with nice view, external private bathroom. Very welcoming and hospitable host Renata.
Disliked: The doors are old and creaking they need replacement for the comfort of all guests cause they make noise, and this is a single big private apartment with common entrance and several guest rooms and bathrooms.
Airy and bright apartment
Liked: Location is central and apartment is located in an airy and wide which is very nicely paved and tastefully decorated restaurants along the street. It is very comfortable to get to the property and if you’re with the car you can park close to property to drop off your luggage and find proper parking in the streets close by. The host Renata is very warm, polite and extremely helpful.
A perfect gem in Olbia! Conveniently located and fabulous hostess
Liked: The room was charming and very big, which was helpful as we were wrapping up a 2-month stay in Sardinia and needed the space for reorganization. My House was perfectly located for a quick walk to the main street with lots of shops and restaurants, and also to the harbor, where a fun outdoor market was taking place. In short, it was a peaceful and perfectuly located apartment in Olbia. Our hostess, Renata, was friendly and kind and put up with my struggling Italian. We booked without knowing we were sharing a bathroom, but it worked out perfectly. There is an option for a private bathroom, which is also outside the room, but not shared with another room.
Disliked: My knees aren't what they used to be, and I struggled a bit with the flights of stairs required to reach the apartment, but overall it provided great exercise.
