Exceptional
Liked: Nice and well equipped kitchen
Disliked: not easy to find a parking spot, cockroach inside the flat (I have seen it first time in Europe at all), we didnt like there were other guests (once they went into our room in the middlo of night), the worst was a reconstruction in the building (no one told us about it). Incredible noise, we had to get up at 7 every day.. it was terrible.

Liked: Great communication from the host regarding the public transport and how to get around Olbia. He also provided good tips for the area. Room was a great location, clean and quiet.

Liked: excellent location next to XIth century Basilica, couple cute cafes and around 10mins by walk from cittá vecchia. super friendly host, who was taking care of us checking if we had everything (including all the important informations like bus timetable), very comfy bed, well equipped kitchen - this place has everything you need for your stay in Olbia. the tiny terrace upstairs is super cute and perfect for breakfast, if you want more than cafè and cornetto:)
Disliked: - you have to wait couple minutes until water become hot in the shower - just be aware that the terrace mentioned ion the photos in not private - it belongs to the apartment, not the particular room (yet we were there completely alone even if all three rooms were occupied)
