  Lots to recommend it

  Liked: Nuova Rooms is in a very convenient location, close to the main walking street of Olbia and an easy walk to many restaurants and bars, the waterfront and the Archeological Museum. The whole building feels new, the decor is modern and fresh, and despite being close to lots of hustle and bustle, it is very quiet. Andrea, the owner, is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Having a personal greeting was a welcome change from the hands-off approach (key in the lock box etc) that is far more common these days.

  Perfect location clean comfortable room

  Liked: Great central location, excellent communication prior to visit, and friendly staff.Clean room and lovely smell in foyer.Room cleaned and fresh towels during short stay, replenished coffee pods a bonus 🙂 The pool and seating area lovely to relax.

  Disliked: The only thing we would have liked is glasses for drinks in the room, cups instead of paper cups, and maybe a corkscrew 😊

  Liked: Sehr sauberes Zimmer, Personal sehr freundlich. Tolle Ausstattung und nah am Zentrum. Taxi zum Flughafen wurde beim Empfang prompt erledigt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

  Beautiful property and Andrea is great!

  Liked: This hotel is a gem and perfectly located just away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to the centre that you’re literally minutes from all the restaurants and bars. The whole property is immaculate and you feel really safe and secure there: it is well lit and there are sturdy doors. The outside area is so lovely and a proper sun trap almost all the way through the day. The pool is such a treat, especially in such a central location. Also a special mention to Andrea. We unfortunately had our passports stolen earlier in the trip and so were (a) quite sad and (b) awaiting delivery of new ones. Andrea was really kind and sympathetic to us and always checked in on us. The day our passports were arriving he and a colleague literally waited by the door for us and alerted us as soon as they came. Also, he saw us once with a bottle of wine we bought from a nearby vineyard and then, without prompting, brought us two wine glasses and a bottle opener. Thanks so much Andrea!
