Disliked: There were no free parking available. We were also trying to reach someone but no one answered on the phone mentioned on the booking details.
Liked: The location
Disliked: The room was not a true representation of the pictures. After I complained to the company, they came back with "you should have chose a terrace room, don't blame us!!!..." I stated that I went by the pictures on here. Messages continued to go back and fourth and in the end, I responded with stop invalidating my feelings and are extremely disrespectful and unprofessionall... As a goodwill gesture, they offered to clean the room, which I rejected; usually, there is a cost to this. I felt that 1 toilet roll for 5 nights stay was appalling. There was one bin only in the room, and that was in the bathroom. There was one bottle of soap in the shower which is (presumably) meant to play the role of 'shower gel', 'shampoo' and 'conditioner'; I bought my own in the end. No amenities in the room other than a fridge. I never met anybody F2F to present my ID too. Overall, it was a bad experience at this property.

Convenient for a short stay in Olbia
Liked: Easy to find, walkable to the old town, clean, all basics covered, parking available.
Disliked: There’s no reception, hence no human service - I would align the price accordingly.
Liked: Comfy bed and good pillows and they had parking slots available for us.
Disliked: We didn't have a wardrobe and the bathroom was a bit old but all functioned well.
Disliked: Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The communication with the staff through Booking.com was rude and unprofessional, which left a very poor first impression. Considering the price of the accommodation, I expected a much higher standard. The room was poorly equipped – there wasn't even a wardrobe or any proper place to store clothes. Access to the room was inconvenient, and to make matters worse, the elevator was out of order. For the price they charge, these basic amenities and services should be taken for granted. Overall, I don't believe the accommodation offers good value for money, and unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.
