  Liked: Great stay in the heart of Olbia! We really enjoyed our stay at Residenze Civitas. The location was excellent — right in central Olbia and within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shops, and the waterfront. It was a great place to stay while exploring the city and also a convenient base for our day trips around northern Sardinia. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and communication throughout our stay was easy. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend Residenze Civitas to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay in Olbia.

  Fantastic, will visit again

  Liked: I had such a wonderful stay here and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The accommodation was beautiful, comfortable and clean, and you can really tell that a lot of care and attention has gone into making guests feel welcome. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area while still having a relaxing place to come back to. What really stood out was the hospitality — genuinely welcoming. I felt completely at home throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable and well looked after.

  Liked: Good location to main town of Olbia and nice restaurants. Beach umbrella provided. Good suggestions for beaches and restaurants in the area.

  Disliked: Beware that if you want your room to be cleaned and fresh towels provided daily, this is an extra cost in addition to the accomodation. So if you are staying for a few days you will need to clean your towels and buy supplies like toilet paper and soap, as there are not adequate supplies provided for the length of your stay. You can also hear lots of noises and movement from the neighbouring rooms. The architrave also came off the doorway on the first night almost falling straight on my head.

  Liked: Excellent location, loved to be so close to a lively downtown with plenty of great restaurants. parking places nearby. Despite being so close to downtown, the host shared options 3-5m away. You can park in a street nearby for free some hours (20 to 08) Host was attentive and responsive, shared plenty of recommendations, and even showed up quickly when our room key inexplicably broke while sitting in the car. Coffee from the room machine was really good. Plenty of great beaches within 30m. washer, fridge, coffee machine, even an umbrella for the beach.

  Disliked: Breakfast options nearby were limited, I guess they are used to a different type of breakfast there, but I found a great spot (charme caffe) and we had plenty of options there (6m away by car) the bed and the sofa bed were not comfortable (very hard) More accesories for the beach would be nice (chairs, towels, toys, etc)

  Fantastic. I will be choosing this place next time I am back!!

  Liked: Fantastic stay. Very central, very safe, and very comfy. Room was spotless and most importantly… there was Air conditioning. There is also a mini fridge included in the bedroom.

  Disliked: The only things were, there was no hot water from the sink tap and there could have possibly been more shower towels provided. Other than that, Everything else was beautiful and perfect.
