A Butique Stay Off The Beaten Path
Liked: The room was the perfect size for me but 2 people could stay easily. They did a great job furnishing the room. Very tasteful with some custom details. The bathroom was modern and the shower was so nice with the huge rain shower head plus a handheld. The water pressure was excellent!. Having a flat-screen TV, free wifi was and a mini fridge were also great. The property is located about a 5 minute walk from the heart of the centro, which was nice because it was quiet but still close to everything. Another bonus is that the bus from the airport is steps from the property and located across the street when heading back to the airport. Lorenzo and Dino were awesome. They were there to greet me upon my arrival, which was lovely. Lorenzo was also very responsive when I needed anything. I would definitely stay there again as I felt very comfortable and safe during my time there as a solo traveller. Also loved that it was a boutique property so it was very peaceful. 😊
Disliked: Some touches that would elevate the room would be a full length mirror, an information binder detailing the nearest grocery store, pharmacy, attractions, how to get to the various beaches etc though Lorenzo did provide those details via message Even though there isn't a kitchenette, a couple of small plates, glasses and some cutlery would be nice in case you want to have light snacks or have take away food. Some snacks in the upon arrival would also be a nice touch though there was bottled water, tea and coffee. Overall the lighting was great but it would nice to have brighter light in bathroom over the mirror as it was a little dark to do my makeup. 😁
Liked: My room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Central location with a wonderful Cafe next door. Hosts were so helpful and friendly, going out of their way to accommodate me.
Disliked: Slightly noisy at times as is really central, and mattress a little firm for my liking. Not big issues at all in the scheme of things!
