Exceptional
Liked: Good location. Plenty possibilities for lunch, coffee and cocktails
Disliked: Starting from the moment I’ve been in touch with the host everything was terrible. I’ve booked a room with balcony and I have received a ground floor room. I’ve been woken up by a pickhammer at 8 in the morning because just in front, 1 meter away, it was some constructions. I’ve been sending some videos with the noise to the host and I even don’t received some apologies because of the inconvenience caused. I truly believe that all it was a scam and I regret every cent I paid to them. The foreigners are not well received!!! I don’t recommend at all this place!
Overall, I would book this place again
Liked: Right in the heart of Olbia, just one street over from the main street of that city, however, still very quiet and not noisy at night. The bed was very comfortable and also had a lighting feature on the bedframe, which was really cool. There was plenty of space for two people.
Disliked: There is no door separating the washroom /toilet as you can see in the pictures. I went with my partner, so we did not have issues, but I can see where this would be an issue if two people were not comfortable in that sense.
Get central starting point
Liked: Right inside of the car-free zone. Close to bars shopping and restaurants.
Disliked: It was a bit hard trying to get a taxi driver to drive us there, as they didn't want to go into the car-free zone. We tried to communicate that we were happy to walk any distance, just needed to get close by. We did some construction noise in the early morning.
A great place to stay for a couple of days
Liked: A really well placed stay. In the center of the old town. No noise from the bars Perfect
All in all it was good
Liked: Everything was clean, the location was amazing, the host is friendly
Disliked: We were on the ground floor, it was too noisy when someone opened or closed the front door, if somebody was walking down the stairs or coming up we would hear it very clearly and loudly
A very lovely place to stay
Liked: The apartments location is perfect. It’s in a very short walking distance from both, the sea promenade and also the main tourist street of Olbia. Even though the check-in was mostly to be done by ourselves, the staff was particularly friendly and helpful, even if remote only. The condition of the apartment is best described with one word; impeccable. It’s cozy, modern, clean and comfortable. Even if it’s not really big, the arrangement of the utilities and amenities is so good that also a longer stay is possible.
Disliked: The initially offered check-in time is in my opinion very late. We book stays like this rather frequently and we never faced a check in time of 17:00 before. However, the staff helped us with this situation in a way, that we were very thankful for. The terrace is nothing special. It does not belong to the apartement but to the entire building, and offers a little more than an overlook of the city and some sitting area areas.
