Excellent all round
Liked: Excellent communication from Fabio throughout the booking process and during our stay. The apartment was brilliant, clean, modern and included everything needed for our stay, even including a washing machine. Basic food items had been supplied, eggs, milk, bread, water, a variety of spreads and plenty of hot drinks. A great place to stay 😁😁

A super stay in lovely Olbia
Liked: My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights, arriving on Easter Sunday. Fabio was very helpful - he met us at the property and checked us in. He was on hand throughout our stay for anything we needed too. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything you’d need for your stay. It was very well equipped and was in a great location for walking to the old town centre and for catching public transport to the beach and for the airport. The large park across the road from the apartment was just lovely - great for sitting reading your book, walking or watching the ducks and turtles in the little river.
Perfect stay – well-equipped and super cozy!
Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Fabio’s apartment! The location is excellent, and the apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures — very well equipped, cozy yet modern, and simply perfect for a relaxing holiday. From the washing machine to small thoughtful extras like a cooler bag and ice packs for beach days, everything you might need is there. We couldn’t have wished for a better place. Fabio is always available, responds quickly, and is a fantastic host. The entire complex is very well maintained, the private parking space is a big advantage, and we felt completely at home. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend this apartment!

Great apartment, great location, great host!
Liked: Location was perfect - 10 minute walk to city centre and supermarkets nearby. Host was superb - great restaurant recommendations and apartment had everything we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying in Olbia. Thank you again Fabio!

Wonderful stay in Central Olbia
Liked: Loved the location. Fabio was so helpful and replied to any questions rapidly! The apartment had everything we needed, even a picnic bag! We especially liked that there was secure parking for our rental car and airport transfer there and back with the friendliest driver.
Disliked: It was pretty perfect so no major things. The only thing that could be improved would be a better wine cork screw (for trying bottles of infamous sardinian wine from the supermarket!). The one in the kitchen was a challenge to use (but maybe that was just our poor technique)
