  It’s a place I would stay at again. It is simply comfortable and meets all your needs

  Liked: The rooms are quite large and clean. Reaching the city center or surrounding areas was very easy. We chose a central location to make daily trips between the north and the south, and the hotel's location perfectly suited our needs. The area is very quiet with no disturbing noise, set in a local neighborhood.

  Disliked: It was disappointing that they charge a fee to park in the hotel's yard, but the street right outside is convenient for parking. The street was completely full only once, and there were plenty of available spots just around the corner.

  Perfect place for someone who looks for a place to stay in Olbia and is not a fan of city centers

  Liked: Clean and tidy apartment with small kittchen, separate bedroom, air conditioning and all you may need when staying in Olbia during summer time. When help, support was needd there was someone available on WhatsApp ready to come and give you a hand. Nice and quiet during the nights. The pool:)

  Disliked: According to the policy outdoor pool was open between 9:30am and 1pm, nice way to spend time before going to the beach. Would be great however if hours are extended a bit and it's also open in the evening.

  It’s one of those places you simply never want to leave

  Liked: A wonderful place with a perfect location. The villa is well-maintained, and the apartment is very comfortable. A huge plus was the care we received from the lovely lady from Poland who welcomed us – her kindness and helpfulness made us feel right at home. Everything was at the highest level, from the cleanliness to the communication with the staff. I highly recommend it to everyone! 🤍🤍

  Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like. Everything exceeded our expectations and we have no complaints whatsoever.

  Liked: It's a beautiful villa and everything is modern and comfortable. The bed is comfortable. Guila is very kind and will help you with everything you need. 10 minute walk to the supermarket. A car is preferable but you can manage with the bus. You can download the aspo app and buy a ticket for 1 euro that brings you to the centre in 20 minutes.

  Dirty and Intestinal worms in the toilet health hazzard

  Disliked: I arrived late and the went to ho to the bathroom I pulled up the toilet and there was feaces in it I tried to pull the chain but it left the remainder of feaces and worms. There was also brown on the floor and in the shower it clearly hadnt been cleaned. This was awful so I told the host...she offered 2 more rooms both of which smelt so awful. So I had the choice to stay in one that smelt so bad or one with a bad bathroom. I stayed in my clothes, didn't shower, clean my teeth or even go to the toilet, I stayed up and asked to leave the next day. I paid for 2 nights which came to £299 but was only refunded £122 for the night I didn't stay. The owner then promised to refund me for both nights as I was upset claiming she was a Buddhist and would definitely do it. As soon as I left the building (well was practically pushed away) I called booking.com and she wouldn't refund so I ended up not only suffering anxiety but paying extra for it. One of the worst experiences in accommodation
