  Liked: The proximity to the city and beaches is excellent. The apartment was clean, comfortable but next to a busy street.

  Disliked: Five days stay. On the first day I found a clogged sink in the bathroom and informed the host. He said he would fix it in the morning. He didn't come. I wrote again the next day, he said tomorrow and again no one came. You don't want to brush your teeth in the shower or bidet, do you? I will look for another accommodation for the rest of my vacation.

  Excellent apartment that has everything you need for a comfortable stay

  Liked: A big plus is the air conditioning in both rooms, washing machine and dishwasher.

  Very good accommodation

  Liked: Very good accommodation. A little bit far away from the city center but if you have a car it is a positive because the apartment is near the ring road over the city and is very easy to leave the city and go to beaches and other towns. Also there is a huge free parking in the city center at the port. The apartment almost has all you need for good holiday.

  Fantastic place to stay with your family or group of friends in Olbia

  Liked: I had a fantastic experience staying at the Welcomly apartment in the Via Walter Frau complex in Olbia. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect—quiet enough to enjoy peace and rest, yet close to everything, including shops, restaurants, and the beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. The balcony was a lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening. Communication with the Welcomly team was excellent—friendly, fast, and helpful with local tips and recommendations. You can tell they really care about their guests having a great experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Olbia. It truly felt like a home away from home!

  Disliked: Not a really clean outdoor area as the stray cats were opening trash bags and the communal area outside could be kept a bit more tidier

  Nice place to stay! But not my type of location

  Liked: Contact with stuff was really nice. And property is really nice, with really great equipment kitchen. Stay in Sardegna and don’t cook at home - I can’t imagine it.

  Disliked: The bad wasn’t hard enough. And the place is too far away from the city center.
