  Lovely stay and very welcoming

  Liked: The suite its self was lovely, a lovely big balcony with lovely fews around. Just a 30 minute walk to olbia with lovely shops along the way. Staff very friendly and helpful even with a language barrier that we all tried hard to work around. Very accommodating and overall lovely stay.

  Liked: The staff were wonderful. The place was quite pretty. However, the bed was very uncomfortable and sunk in the middle. The shower was tiny, my husband 6ft barely fit inside it. The breakfast was not a buffet, it was yoghurt, croissants and preserves and if you wanted anything more you had to pay for it. You weren’t allowed to bring your own food in which is very weird. The mechanism on the bedroom door handle was broken so the door couldn’t lock or be closed properly. It’s a nice bed and breakfast, but doesn’t live up to how it was marketed.

  In short, while the property looks nice and is clean, the overall experience was disappointing. It felt like a waste of

  Liked: The property itself is clean, pleasant and in a reasonably convenient location. The place looks nice and the environment is comfortable.

  Disliked: Communication was one of the biggest challenges. Hardly any English was spoken, and even very simple requests were often misunderstood. While we do not speak Italian, English is a common ground in hospitality, and the lack of clear communication caused several issues. For example, we requested laundry service, clearly asked for no ironing, and the price was indicated. Yet, the final bill was different and not as expected. The problem was never about the money itself, but about transparency and principle. We were also surprised by restrictions such as not being allowed to order food delivery to the property (not even to the common areas), being charged each time for pool towels, and additional local taxes, all of which were not communicated clearly in advance. These matters only became clear at check-out, leaving us with a bill that felt unreasonable given the amount we had already paid upfront. But the most disappointing part of all was breakfast. For a property charging this level of rates, the breakfast was not just basic, it was inadequate. There were no hot dishes included - not even omelette or scrambled eggs unless you paid extra. Fresh orange juice, something that should be standard in a hotel breakfast, was also missing and again only available for an additional cost. The selection was extremely limited, the variety almost non-existent, and the quality felt like it belonged to a budget guesthouse rather than a place that advertises itself as “luxury hospitality.” Breakfast is supposed to set the tone for the day, but here it felt more like an afterthought.

  Nice stay for a night or two

  Liked: Amazing pool area and a small, cute hotel. Somehow a bit outside the center in a quite boring neighborhood. Great food!

  Great for couples, not great for families. Don't arrive late at night

  Liked: The breakfast was really tasty and the rooms were very comfortable.

  Disliked: This place is ideal for solo travellers or couples. It is not a very accommodating place for families as we were told off for getting water along the side of the pool. We were not allowed to take our inflatables into the room with us and had to leave them by the side of the pool. This is understandable but the owners dog bit the inflatable and rendered it useless. The dog scared my daughter as it wasn't kept under control and she has a fear of dogs. When we arrived there was no one to meet us (our flight was delayed which I informed the property about).It made for a very stressful arrival as we were roaming the streets and then made to feel unwelcome.
