Exceptional
Liked: Wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The view from the room was beautiful, especially from the balcony. The breakfast was also delicious. Highly recommended!
Liked: Room, location and service is awesome. Especially self service bar idea - just perfect. Really good parking, if you are travelling by car.
Liked: Fantastic hotel. Easy walk 15-20min or use of the local bus to the centre. The hotel supplied with bus tickets.
Liked: The property has a very cosy and intimate feel. The attention to detail is very impressive. The staff were really nice. The breakfast is amongst the best we’ve had, with so much choice available and all of it delicious. Put simply, we loved everything about this hotel. It’s not in the centre of Ortisei, but the hotel provides a free bus pass for the duration of your stay and we found the bus service very good.
Disliked: Nothing.
Liked: The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, with free parking very close by. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the center of Ortisei, and the hotel also provides free public transportation in the Ortisei area.
Liked: Great location for exploring Seceda and Alpe di Siusi. The hotel is very cozy and welcoming. Our room wasn’t particularly large, but it was perfectly comfortable for a stay of a few days. A special mention goes to the wonderful hotel staff. The lady at the reception was incredibly friendly and gave us detailed information about everything we might need during our stay. The lady serving breakfast was also very kind and attentive. Breakfast was varied, with plenty of options, so everyone can find something they like. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
