  Amazing place, great spa, great transport options

  Liked: Breakfast was amazing, location perfect. The yomp up the hill was killer so I appreciated the bus service and evening free taxi from the town. This did however limit my time in the town (which is fine). The spa was really good but lacked people. Maybe I was unlucky

  Disliked: I have stayed in Ortisei five times and this is the first time that a Dolomiti Spa pass was not included (I had to pay 29Euros to access it) - Very disappointed about that. This was probably the best hotel in Ortisei with a good price but the lack of Spa pass would make me choose somewhere else next time (maybe)

  Cozy, charming hotel in Val Gardena with the best value and great views

  Liked: This hotel was absolutely my favorite stay during our Italy trip. We booked at a great price compared to other hotels in the area, and it was perfectly located in the perimeter of Ortisei and very close to Seceda and Alpi di Suisi. A spacious, cozy room was bestowed upon us on arrival. Thankfully, they had an elevator unlike the other Dolomites hotels we stayed at, so we avoided the agony of lugging our luggage up the stairs. We could walk around freely in our room, had extra furniture and a large TV. When we stepped onto the balcony, we were greeted with breathtaking views of Ortisei and the vast, lush paradise of Val Gardena. The exquisite scenery turned into a memory forever etched into our minds. The vast variety of foods at breakfast lifted our spirits before another long day of hiking and sightseeing. Travelers should be aware of the very windy and narrow, uphill roads that you have to take to get to the hotel. We accepted the challenge and enjoyed the ride though. The journey and unique location atop a hill overlooking Ortisei added to the charm and novelty of our stay. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone visiting Ortisei and the Western Dolomites. Unfortunately, we only stayed here for one night, but we can’t wait to stay here again when we inevitably return in the future.

  Very enjoyable stay, thank you

  Liked: Beautiful property on the hillside above Ortisei. Very welcoming and friendly staff/owners. We had a superb and very spacious room on the top level with lovely views. Also a pretty garden area to relax in.

  Liked: We enjoyed our stay so much! The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options. The view from the hotel was especially memorable, overlooking downtown Ortisei while looking up toward the hills and cable cars. I spent a lot of time on the balcony simply enjoying the moment.
