  Lovely hostess, very comfortable bed in a quiet location

  Liked: Valentina was lovely and the room was clean and the location was quiet.

  Disliked: There could have been tea making facilities in the room. The bedding could have been warmer.

  Liked: We loved the location. It was close to Orvieto and yet was like a sanctuary where we could get away from crowds and relax. We especially enjoyed the breakfast... great food in a nice, open area.

  Liked: Beautiful countryside property and an excellent breakfast! They have gluten free available as well.

  Disliked: You have to use a cab to get to town and back, not safely walkable.

  Lovely farmhouse stay just under Orvieto

  Liked: Amazing location (5mins from the parking lots of Orvieto). Gorgeous house (lovely farm house with spacious rooms and comfortable beds). Great breakfast (many options and drinks). Fantastic staff (helpful with check in and attentive during breakfast service). My kids loves the dogs!

  If you don’t mind dogs it should be fine

  Liked: It’s a nice setting and the owner and staff are helpful.

  Disliked: The big problem here is the dogs, or it’s for me anyhow. The lady owner has two which are fine. The husband has one that took against me. When others arrived with dogs there was the start of some fight between the dogs. Am I being unfair., I don’t think so. The dogs enjoy sandwiches and are up for looking at you if you are sitting say. Other people who bring dogs sit at breakfast. They might be quite and well behaved in general but there is always the anticipation of some dog thing going off. I left the breakfast and ate somewhere else. As said I don’t mind dogs. but also I am not one who might see that they get incorporated into my relaxation. The breakfast is nice, but again the ham is not so great and it will run out. I might say if you like sweet cakes and that is the breakfast this is more for you. For sure the staff are unstinting and helpful so I don’t like writing this. You also get warned if you arrive early you get a 20 euro charge. The booking system is simply annoying.and in my case didn’t work. It’s stressful. I am a seasoned traveller and so it didn’t phase me but equally it’s another problem. If you turn up and they say the system didn’t confirm your booking. This is outside bookings. com by the way that generally I find works well
