    Great escape from tourist masses

Liked: The staff was very nice and it was a little outside of the craziness yet very close and only a 10 minute walk from the train or bus station.

Liked: Comfortable room, good location, 10 mins on foot to the train station and funicular to Orvieto, the villa a bit uphill but not a problem. Very nice and caring owners! A coffee and kettle in the room would be everything you should ask, however the signora made cappuccino in the mornings, grazie mille!
